Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Human Resources Ops Specialist in our client’s organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their workforce.
- Lead the HR Technology COE, working in partnership with other HR COE’s, global HR partners, partners in implementing best-in-class solutions and processes
- Develop and execute effective sourcing efforts to ensure all positions are filled by competent individuals
- Create programs for organisational health and advise leadership on managing people issues and concerns
- Handle and manage the administration and enforcement of employee discipline
- Design country-specific reward and recognition programs, employee engagement programs to safeguard attrition and ensure retention
- Coordinate performance management from KRA setting to monitoring of performance year-round
- Undertake Training Needs Analysis and ensure all learning needs are met for the country
- Ensure an effective on-boarding process for all new joiners
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Operations Senior Specialist role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from previous roles within the HR function. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, and at least 4 years leading the function for a Country or Business Unit, you will have developed strong business acumen, analytical skills, and people skills. Your ability to drive results, communicate effectively, and coach employees on people-related matters will be key to your success in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management with specialisation in Human Resources/ Psychology or similar field. Master’s degree in Human Resources would be preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources function, with at least 4 years’ experience in leading the function for the Country/BU
- Good understanding of local pharmaceutical business
- Strong business acumen
- Strong analytical and People skills
- High drive for results orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach employees in the country on people related matter
