YOUR SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum University Degree preferably in the field of HR or Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written and ability to influence and gain confidence of others
  • 3-4 years previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist. Managing payroll in a multinational organization is a must
  • Results driven – demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of excel with proficiency in analysis and reporting is required
  • Basic understanding of the UAE labour law and employee benefits in general
  • Strong project management and planning & organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The job holder is involved in managing the day to day HR transactional processes involving the employee life cycle example: Payroll, HRIS (e-HR) administration, Separation process calculations and processing on system and bank transfers for approx. 1250 employees in DHL UAE. The incumbent will be the key point of contact for employees and managers providing support on queries, related to payroll, general policies and system support.
