Description:

Would you like to be part of a high-performing HR team in one of the world’s largest banks?
As HR Operations Specialist, you will manage effectively and efficiently the HR administration for our Norwegian organisation. You will work closely with HR colleagues in the Nordics to ensure that our local HR processes are aligned across our countries.
The position is temporary and covering a maternity leave during a period of 18 months and are reporting to Head of HR Operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • HR Service support to HR community, business leaders and employees
  • Follow-up and respond on inquiries in our HR channels
  • Manage HR administration (creation of employment contracts, addendum’s etc. and ensuring that all documentation issued complies with local legislation)
  • Creation of positions, next to managing following processes in our HR tools; Hire, Transfer, Extension and/or Termination
  • Contribute on securing high data quality in our HR Masterdata tool
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Follow-up on onboarding and termination processes
  • On regularly basis arrange and facilitate HR Operations onboarding program for new joiners
  • Create and maintain guides, policies and handbooks
  • Align work within HR Operations cross Nordic and participate in different projects
    The HR Operations Specialist will be the interface to our Nordic vendors for HR merchandise and gifts, next to managing the purchase process related. Furthermore, the HR Operations Specialist will manage and coordinate the weekly review process in one of our committees HRCo.
    To thrive in the role as HR Operations Specialist you are reliable, agile and a team player. You are able to excel in a dynamic environment and you commit to deadlines. You are a HR generalist with proven relevant track record and preferably in an international organisation. Knowledge of Norwegian labour law legislation, and pension, insurances and benefits.
    Furthermore, you are self-driven, solution and detail oriented and appreciate changes - seeing it’s opportunity for improvement. You are also well structured and enjoy working in team on various projects. The role requires a good level in MS Office, and fluency in English next to one of the Scandinavian languages. Preferable higher degree in HR, law or equivalent education.
