Description:

Overview:
PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Payroll Analyst to join out dynamic HR team in Cork on a specified purpose contract up to 12 months duration.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will manage the end to end process of payroll and specialist benefits from initiation through to co-ordination, communications , employee /HRBP interface, reporting responsibilities, payroll interfaces as well as benefit execution with vendors (where applicable) ensuring all aspects are managed and controlled flawlessly
  • Manage and execute assigned weekly & monthly payroll processes ensuring a high level of efficiency, data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Management and execution of specialised compensation and benefit schemes ranging from pension administration to Year end bonus calculation.
  • Liaise with supervisors and employees to troubleshoot and resolve any queries pertaining to payroll
  • Complete regular internal & external audits to ensure all compensation & benefit processes are compliant and adhere to GCS controls.
  • Liaise with all internal and external contacts & vendors to ensure all required services & information is provided on a timely and accurate basis each month
  • Take responsibility for continuous improvement of key compensation and benefits processes and the identification and implement of improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 3rd level Finance, HR or related qualification with IPASS strongly preferred
  • 5+ years experience of managing complex compensation & benefits processes with experience of a range of payrolls
  • Ability to complete regular reconciliations and, analyse & identify process improvement gaps
  • Experience working in a multinational organisation and / or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Interpersonal skills – customer service focused when dealing with employees, wider business and external providers
  • High level of integrity and discretion essential
  • Proficient excel skills required
