About Our Team
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety group at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. You will be a key member of the dynamic, fast-paced Organizational Effectiveness team, with primary responsibility for performance & incentives related initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with corporate P&I philosophy, policies, processes, and programs and become the go-to person for P&I-related queries in Trust & Safety.
  • Support various HR & P&I-related projects within T&S, including but not limited to performance review cycles, performance management, monthly scorecard design etc.
  • Understand business priorities & strategies and leverage HR/reward best practices to deliver business improvements and efficiencies.
  • Own updates and customization of P&I related policies & programs to support the T&S HR team.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Business Leaders & the Corporate P&I team to address Performance & Incentives related issues and deliver policy and process improvements.
  • Educate the HR team on the company’s P&I philosophy, practices & processes.
  • Support the HROE team on other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 years HRBP/Total Reward CoE experience with strong knowledge of performance management practices.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal), analytical, problem solving & project management skills are required.
  • Strong evidence of stakeholder engagement and has led global projects in multinational companies.
  • Independently own and execute projects end to end, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficient in Excel skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in both multinational organizations and/or management consulting.
  • Experience working in a global role, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
  • Adept at working collaboratively and at a fast pace, with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders across the globe.
