POST SUMMARY
The HR Partner is responsible for delivering a high-quality professional HR service to the Dean, Schools and Institutes within the Faculty. The HR Partner will support the HR activities of the Faculty and its Schools, acting as a strategic partner to the Dean, Heads of School, School Managers and Heads of Faculty Institutes. The HR Partner will identify the key HR issues and opportunities within the area and will work with the Dean and Schools to address them.
The HR Partner has the opportunity to contribute a professional HR view to senior management discussions both in the Faculty and in the HR teams.
Post status: Permanent
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3), Salary Scale (€66,838 - €86,463 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
