Description:
Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for an HR Payroll Intern within the Human Resources department.
Job Purpose
Collaborate with the team in fulfilling tax, social security and insurance obligations for employees and similar personnel, also with regards to practices and relationships with the competent external bodies (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency, etc.), collaborating in drafting and delivery/sending of declarations/certifications (Autoliquidazione Inail, Uniemens, CU and 770).
Key accountabilities
- Payroll checks on contributions and tax matters
- Conciliation of tax and social security obligations
- Collection of F24 receipts
- Tax assistance management (Form 730/2024)
- Collection of employee certifications for fringe benefits management
Requirements
- Studies in economic and/or legal disciplines on labor matters (three-year degree)
- Participation in payroll training courses
- IT basic tools skills (word, excel, exc)
