Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our HR/Payroll Systems Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR and Payroll teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless system and business process operations
- Being the go-to expert for HR/Payroll systems, data analysis, and reporting
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimise system configuration, business processes and functionality
- Leading initiatives to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulations
