Our HR team consists of specialists across the globe who support the business through a number of key areas, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition and Management, Organisational Development and Compensation and Benefits.
Join us, a global supply chain and logistics leader and continue your HR career, gaining exposure to diverse industries, realistic skill development and internal mobility opportunities. Based in Arndell Park, NSW, you’ll partner with business units nationwide in our Steel and Fuels and Gases Transport and Warehouse Operations, to support leaders and employees on a variety of human resource related activities.

As the HR People Partner you will:

  • Support the execution of HR strategies aligned with short and long-term business objectives.
  • Implement HR strategies to navigate organizational changes such as acquisitions and reorganizations.
  • Drive key HR processes including talent review, succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to People Leaders on various HR issues including policies, performance management, and compensation.
  • Offer advice on relevant industrial instruments and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Develop an understanding of business metrics to provide leaders with valuable insights and recommendations.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • 3+ years in HR, with a focus on HR operations and business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
  • Proficiency in contemporary HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
