Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE WITH US:
As an HR Programs Coordinator, you’ll be involved in driving our organizational success. You’ll:
- Lead Talent Strategy: Direct the recruitment process from job posting to supporting managers with candidate selection, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and innovating recruitment strategies.
- Enhance Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless transition into our team.
- Benefits and Compliance Management: Oversee our comprehensive benefits and RRSP/RPP programs, acting as a liaison between employees and providers, and managing disability cases with care.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate HR documentation and records in line with Alberta Labour Laws and our quality management system, contributing to a safe and compliant workplace.
- Digital Transformation: Play a key role in the automation and digitalization of HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits.
- Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels, acting as a trusted HR point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Support Corporate and Client Relations: Engage in activities that promote a positive organizational image, from managing employee celebrations to assisting with corporate responsibilities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Educational Excellence: A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Background in HR administration or related roles, with a deep understanding of Alberta Labour Laws.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and HR systems, with an eagerness to drive forward automation and digitalization.
- Detail-Oriented and Communicative: Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
