Description:
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Propose innovative ideas and demonstrate a proactive approach to improve existing procedures.
- Collect and maintain the portfolio of projects and improvement initiatives within the HR organization.
- Initiate new HR projects, this includes design, planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives and projects in HR.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage change initiatives and communication plans to promote acceptance and adoption of new HR programs and initiatives.
- Enhance communication effectiveness throughout initiatives to ensure visibility of improvements.
- Monitor performance of the projects and provide reporting and analysis to management to provide insights into trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Assist the HR Management Team in coordinating initiatives tin specific domains to optimize overall results.
