We are looking for someone who has experience of providing technical advice to senior business stakeholders and deliver large scale, complex restructuring programmes.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU’LL MAKE:

  • Providing HR technical advice and guidance on the people impacts of transformation to ensure the Bank adhere to statutory obligations for meaningful consultation mitigating risk
  • Building relationships and establish credibility with senior stakeholders providing strong specialist HR change expertise with an ability to influence and challenge successfully
  • Monitoring and report on transformation programmes effectively interpreting employment legislation and make recommendations, weighing up the risks and implications
  • Analysing data and carry out the necessary due diligence to drive decisions ensuring digital tools are integrated to the creation and delivery of strategic projects and day-day activities
  • Providing technical expertise through management engagement seeking opportunities to maximise and enhance customer and colleague experience, maximising on HR management information tools and resources in the planning and delivery of day-to-day activities and projects
