Description:
We are in search of an HR Recruiter for our manufacturing plant located in Bayport, Minnesota, 55003-1058, United States. This role primarily involves sourcing and recruiting for various positions within our upcoming plant in Locus Groves GA. As an HR Recruiter, you will be crucial in building our first dual-branded manufacturing plant and ensuring a pleasant experience for potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates utilizing a variety of platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for various positions such as supply chain, manufacturing leadership, production line leadership, logistics leadership, and support staff.
- Engage with the community and form partnerships to help expand our candidate base.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with our company’s culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) guidelines.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews and manage scheduling.
- Provide a pleasant experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Use tools such as Careerbuilder, Microsoft Excel, Avature, and others to streamline the hiring process and maintain documentation.
- Report recruitment progress and activities regularly.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Careerbuilder
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Extensive knowledge of corporate recruiting and hiring processes
- Experience in conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
- Familiarity with HR documentation processes and procedures
- Ability to source potential candidates effectively
- Experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring process steps
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
