QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and revenue goals.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value to clients and candidates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fulfill client needs and drive revenue growth.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service and support.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, online job boards, and social media platforms, to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to share market insights, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.
Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and drive business success.
