HR Recruitment Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for recruitment functions, collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of vacancies
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist potential candidates through various recruitment channels actively
• Maintain recruitment pipelines through relevant stakeholders
• Proactively approach passive candidates who are potentially a fit for the team and build a pipeline and a robust network of talents.
• Conduct a comprehensive interview during HR screening with the candidates to add value to help the departments hire the right individuals.
• Preparation of monthly recruitment reports and other ad-hoc related reports
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Perform other ad-hoc as assigned or requested by the superior
