Job Description

• Maintain and develop HR reports in collaboration with the HR Reporting Advisor.
• Respond to daily data, analytics, and reporting requests from HR stakeholders.
• Enhance dashboards and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency.
• Gain deep understanding of HR systems to optimise reporting capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills, data visualisation proficiency, keen attention to detail for data accuracy.
• Organisational and interpersonal skills, understanding of SQL, experience with large data sets.(Desirable)
• Experience in HR (Desirable).
• Exposure to working with people data (Desirable).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 5)
• GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 5)
