Responsibilities:
The HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator (HR Analyst) is responsible for responding to and fulfilling a range of reporting requests with varying degrees of complexity. As a systems savvy expert, the HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator (HR Analyst) takes pride in maintaining accurate employee data in UKG Pro and optimizing HR workflows and systems for efficiency.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter, with a strong technical skillset in HR systems, and a passion for bringing data to life through effective storytelling to drive data-driven decision making in the HR function and throughout the organization. As an essential member of our HR team, you will be reporting to our office in South Surrey, BC, and will operate under a hybrid work arrangement for this role.
