SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws and practices as it relates to developing effective messages, communication plans and content for targeted audiences
  • Thorough knowledge of business communication standards and systems procedures
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Experience identifying and assimilating analytical data to provide concise reports, proposals and/or recommendations
  • Experience adjusting to changing priorities while maintaining a strong service orientation to customers
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience drafting proactive written and digital content creation in support of strategic projects preferred
  • Experience overseeing and executing communication plans and campaigns preferred
  • Experience developing, organizing and communicating on social medica and online portals preferred

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for facilitating the effective communication of HR People and Culture Office information. The HR Services Representative III plans and participates in the preparation and execution of job functions and key special projects as assigned throughout the division. Specific accountabilities include serving as the key liaison for Human Resources communications for targeted audiences and conducting research and trend analysis. Leads and executes key special projects.
