Description:
BE PART OF A TEAM THAT ENABLES BUSINESS GROWTH
You will be responsible for managing a fast-paced HR Services team (3 team members), who provide HR administration and coordination service to HR and to internal and external customers. You will seek out new ways of working and continually evolve best practice ensuring strong governance and standards of service are met. You will also carry out HR Services administration and co-ordination activity as required.
As HR Services Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring continuous development and maintenance of the HR Services team processes / policies and documentation in line with legislation and policy updates
- Prioritising team workload on a daily / monthly basis (HR mailbox SLA’s) and any other cyclical activity ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Taking ownership of driving employee engagement with team, have regular 1:1’s and development discussions with clearly defined measurables
- Actively seeking feedback from key stakeholders to evaluate performance and processes to ensure delivery of a professional experience for our employees
- Leading on HR audit activity, liaising with internal and external audit and Governance Risk & Control team
- Carrying out HR administration and co-ordination activities related to the full employee lifecycle as required
