Responsibilities:

Purpose and Summary of position:

  • Provide primary HR Operations support for the Americas, including US, Mexico, Canada and Brazil; respond to employees regarding general HR questions
  • Resolves and/or triages HR tickets in Service Now System
  • Process onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and support data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment and responds to requests for employment verifications
  • Coordinates employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and notification to government entities as appropriate
  • May support processing employee data changes and reviews master data prior to payroll runs
  • Participates in auditing of HR processes and paperwork, provides regular reporting and supports HR Operations projects as assigned
  • Research and answer employee and manager questions regarding data changes and HR system issues
  • Support and assist with Payroll/Benefits Vendor, Governmental Systems and Tools as needed
  • May support country to country transfer process for employees
  • Support the internal HR site with updates as needed
  • Support HR Operations projects

Qualifications:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR. Basic HR and Payroll knowledge within supported regions supported regions, US and Mexico and Canada
  • High School Diploma, Bachelors’ s Degree preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with HCM systems, preferably SAP/Success Factors
  • Knowledge of Service Now ticketing system preferred
  • Facilitate phone and email conversation with employees and managers
  • Facilitate documentation needed to support employees and managers
  • Ability to understand and discuss company policies with employees and managers
  • Excellent computer skills; excellent customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
