MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a HR shared services environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Academic Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and positively influence the customer experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team member
- Must possess the ability to analyze situations, solve problems and analyze situations, solve problems, and make reasonable judgements consistent with job duties and company policies

Responsibilities:
We have an excellent opportunity to join the North America, HR Shared Services team. As a member of the HR Shared Services Team, you will provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups and managers as part of a centralized function that handles a variety of HR-related transactions. Your key responsibility will include, but is not limited to: responding to employee service needs such as document requests, employment form completion, onboarding assistance, HRIS data maintenance, payroll processing, or other HR requests as assigned.
You will also:
- Perform day-to-day workforce administration operations, functions and duties ensuring adherence to service level standards and metrics
- Provide quality customer service in response to inquiries made via phone or tickets in the HR case management system from Employees, Managers, HR Business Partners as well as External Business Contacts
- Use FAQs, scripts and knowledge to assist employees with inquiries
- Assist with the creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and call and ticket scripts
- Evaluate, analyze and ensure accuracy of employee data within HR Systems
- Audit source documents to confirm accuracy, completeness and compliance of approvals according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure integrity of corporate timekeeping system; conduct final review of corporate time cards and release for payroll processing
- Support HR business process owners by documenting processes, test procedures and creating training for the HR user community
- Participate in pre and post implementation activities (new technology, functionality, interfaces and security), including Service Rehearsal Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Provide assistance in process re-engineering in order to streamline processes and align with best practices
- Create and distribute data management reports on regular and ad hoc basis using system tools, Workday, Excel or other software
- Participate in other cross-functional process improvement projects as necessary
