Our client is a MNC in the financial services sector. They are looking for a HR generalist to support the Singapore operations.
about the job
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will:
- Partner with outsource vendor for Singapore payroll and taxes
- Perform HR operations including employee life cycle, benefits administration, work pass application and renewal
- Support other HR responsibilities including recruitment and business partnering
- Review and implement revised HR policies
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR generalist experience, experience in payroll and HR operations is a must
- Good knowledge of the employment act and local legislation
- Self-motivated and initiative
- Good communications, proactive and resourceful
