Our client is a MNC in the financial services sector. They are looking for a HR generalist to support the Singapore operations.
about the job

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will:

  • Partner with outsource vendor for Singapore payroll and taxes
  • Perform HR operations including employee life cycle, benefits administration, work pass application and renewal
  • Support other HR responsibilities including recruitment and business partnering
  • Review and implement revised HR policies

skills and experience required

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ of HR generalist experience, experience in payroll and HR operations is a must
  • Good knowledge of the employment act and local legislation
  • Self-motivated and initiative
  • Good communications, proactive and resourceful
