The HR Specialist is a key contributor to our HR team in Vila Real, ensuring excellent service delivery and guidance in HR policies and processes, highlighting communication activities.

  • Operationally leads the creative execution of our employer brand and EVP, developing, internal and external activities, and promoting a positive work environment;
  • Participate in onboarding activities;
  • Co-implement and oversee employee performance review processes, ensuring they are fair, effective, and aligned with company objectives;
  • Coordinate employee development and training programs;
  • Actively participate in employee engagement/health and wellbeing initiatives and service recognition programs;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practice HR strategies, policies, programs and procedures;
  • Participate and contribute to a range of exciting HR projects and initiatives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and a high level of active listening capacity;
  • Experience designing local EB and EVP strategy from scratch and its full execution end to end;
  • Proven experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices - it’s a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Excellent teamwork skills, empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated and positive in the face of adversity;
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
