As Regional Talent Team based in Strategy, Risk & Transactions practice work closely with SR&T Leadership. We support the execution of the business strategy through implementation of talent initiatives. Due to new Storefront and constant growth on the market we are looking for a very well organized, determined, open-minded and forward-thinking HR Specialist, who will support our SR&T Regional Talent Team in the implementation of Talent Strategy for the new Storefront. This harmonious merger of two departments creates an exciting opportunity to build a common culture and seeks synergies in talent processes. As part of the Team, you will have the opportunity to support and coordinate projects in the areas of learning & development, organize events supporting leaders, and contribute to creating a better workplace for our SR&T professionals. You are a perfect candidate if you have:

  • Around 2-3 years of an HR experience.
  • Hands-on experience in international HR projects: L&D projects and / or HR strategy implementation etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written, on at least C1 level in English.
  • University degree, preferably in management, social science, or psychology.
  • Ability to deliver high quality and consistent HR service, excellent time management. prioritization, and organizational skills with an eye to details.
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.

Your future role

  • Involvement in the development and implementation of the SR&T Talent Strategy by identifying key talent needs, seeking synergies and standardizing HR processes, and building a common work culture in the new Advisory Business.
  • Coordination of assigned international talent projects including learning process, as well as mentoring and leadership development programs.
  • Organization of the events focused on the D&I agenda, leadership and training sessions.
  • Preparation of the reports and presentations; gathering feedback and analyzing collected data.
  • Close cooperation with partners, local HR leaders, team members, and IT, graphic, and technology teams.
  • Support and project management for implementation and activation of Deloitte Global Talent initiatives at the regional level including conceptual and operational work.
  • Design and implementation of communication and change management plans by drafting announcements and e-mail communication, creating talent newsletter, cooperating with graphic designer and internal Visual Studio Team.
