You will be part of the Ponsse’s Group People, Culture & Safety team, reporting to HRIS Project Manager and working closely with the team globally across the Ponsse countries and subsidiaries. Your working location will be negotiable from other counties as well. In Finland location will be Tampere, Kuopio, Kajaani or Vieremä, but we are working hybrid model. Some amount of travelling will be required in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in Workday configuration and administration.
- Several years of experience with HR systems in a global context.
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights and previous experience in data and reporting.
- Knowledge of data mapping, business process frameworks and workflow design.
- Familiarity with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and integration techniques
- Fluency in English and Finnish required, other languages are a benefit.
As a person, you collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external partners and troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. You are proactive, creative and take initiative.
