Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As HR Specialist you will implement HR strategies and practices, ensuring a candidate and employee life cycle that drives employee retention and fosters a positive work environment that contributes to overall well-being, supporting the different Human Resources processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, from the identification of needs to the hiring of suitable candidates for Support Areas.
- Manage documentation, records and processes related to personnel, ensuring compliance with labor policies and regulations, through available tools.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts through effective policy enforcement and open communication with employees.
- Support the engagement and people development actions and develop initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Facilitating clear and effective internal communication, ensuring that company and HR messages are understandable and accessible to all and and facilitate organizational change processes.
- Support in the administration of benefits and compensation programs, being a source of consultation and providing guidance to all employees.
- Control the budget allocated to HR procesess, ensuring an efficient and responsible use of available resources.
