Description:

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  1. Drive the implementation and execution of key aspects of the HR People Plan, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders built on credibility, partnership, and open communication.
  2. Act as a liaison between Centers of Excellence (COE) in HR and the business and provide ongoing advisory services to managers and employees, offering guidance on resource planning, performance & development, career growth, engagement, and employee retention to drive positive changes in people management.
  3. Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that foster a culture where individuals and groups take ownership of their performance, growth, and continuous improvement.
  4. Implement tailored solutions addressing business needs, while measuring the success of change initiatives to validate business impact.
  5. Review workforce data through people analytics, educate business stakeholders, and collaborate with them to create actionable initiatives that address people-related issues in a proactive manner.
  6. Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms and work towards cultivating an environment within the organisation where employees feel comfortable raising concerns, contributing to the overall enhancement of the employee experience.
  7. Support HR Manager in implementing succession plans to identify and prepare future leaders for crucial roles within the organisation, contributing to business continuity.
  8. Oversee an effective employee recognition program aligned with the framework to motivate and reward high performers, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.
  9. Proactively collaborate with respective departments to create accurate and up-to-date job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and align with the organisational structure.
  10. Support organisational design initiatives, annual budgets, and business cases by developing clear communication plans and effectively managing employee transition processes.

QUALIFICATION:

a) Bachelor*s degree in business administration or Human Resources (required)
b) CIPD (preferred)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

a) Minimum 5 years* experience leading HR business partner strategies and managing the provision of services related to performance management, employee engagement and change management.
b) Experience gained within a large organisation and must have led a number company-wide HR initiatives, services and projects
c) Experience in providing advisory on HR policies, UAE labour law and HR processes

SKILLS:

a) Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels.
b) Clear, concise and influential written communication skills.
c) Ability to understand the business context, its goals, and challenges, ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies and solutions
d) Ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks
e) Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
f) Proven ability to secure and analyse a range of quantitative and qualitative information and use this in developing strategies, plans, policies and solutions that meet individual and organisational needs.
g) Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a positive can do and solution-focused attitude.
