• Master’s degree in HR or other relevant fields, such as organizational psychology or business administration with a focus on HR
• Experience in operational and conceptual HR work, including employment law practice
• Profound understanding of HR operational processes
• Systematic and conceptual approach
• Strong advisory skills, customer orientation, and team spirit
• High level of intercultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence coupled with a global mindset and integrity
• Willingness to change location and to relocate and travel (nationally and internationally) during and after the program
