Description:

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma/Degree in Human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and TAFEP guidelines.
  • Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Conscientious in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Review end-to-end payroll processing for all employees and approve, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Responsible / ‘go to person’ for payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects andundertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects.
