SUMMARY:

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our “HR Connect” team. HR Connect is the company’s centralized HR shared services organization that provides our employees and managers with HR transactional and inquiry support on a myriad of HR topics, tools, and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 or more years of Customer Service or HR experience preferred
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in an interrupt-driven environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong focus on continuous process improvement
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Work experience in an HR shared services model is a plus

Responsibilities:

Includes performing core HR transactional work including but not limited to:

  • Support new employee onboarding activities
  • Support global mobility program
  • Responding to inquiries from employees, managers, HR customers, and external vendors
  • Performing data entry to HR systems (including SAP HR)
  • Data entering information to vendor systems
  • Participating in creation and maintenance of process documentation
  • Supporting and participating as a project team member in ongoing implementation and continuous improvement projects
