Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Consult with managers to identify hiring needs in support of contract performance
  • Assist with all leave of absences, (FMLA, Short Term Disability, etc.)
  • Preparing and/or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Responsible for recruitment efforts and hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Maintaining company compliance with all human resource laws and regulations, including staying up to date on news laws and regulations.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Participates in HR Projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.

** This position is held onsite in the corporate office
