Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field required.
- Good understanding of the HR end to end business processes
- At least 3 years of HR Supervisory role
- Have an experience in developing HRIS system
- Assertive
- Effective communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Holder a BNSP certification is preferred
