QQada HR Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. The HR Support Specialist will assist our HR consultants and clients with a variety of human resources tasks and projects, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR consultants, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions and workshops.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and preparing related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations by monitoring changes and updating procedures as needed.
