HR SYSTEM ANALYST (SUCCESSFACTORS) 15 MONTH FTC - HYBRID MANCHESTER - UP TO £35,000

We’re looking for an experienced HR Analyst for a leading global provider of reinsurance, primary insurance and insurance-related risk solutions for a 15 Month Fixed Term Contract.
As a HR Analyst your primary focus will be to ensure that our people data in the recently implemented cloud HR system (SuccessFactors) is accurate, complete and up to date throughout the employee life cycle.
You will join a team of highly motivated colleagues in the newly established Europe & Latin America HR Service Hub. Having experience working with multiple brands or HRIS systems across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a custodian people data in the new SuccessFactors HR system, i.e. update and maintain HR master data in SuccessFactors to drive data quality for HR.
  • Act as Tier 2 escalation supporting the HR Service Hub Lead and HR Leadership Team for Reporting and Analytics within the Service Hub on SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
  • Act as Tier 2 escalation for all Org Management Changes such as but not limited to Creation of Departments, Creation of Cost Centre’s, updating and managing Matrix, Management and Legal view within SuccessFactors.
  • Escalation for complex SuccessFactors/HR Processes.
  • Supporting the creation and updating of all Regional Process documents for SuccessFactors EC and ONB
  • Tester for all system updates relating to ServiceNow-SuccessFactors Integration.
  • Accountable for data loads supporting Re-Organizations and Onboarding of new legal entities.
  • Regional owner of HR Document SharePoint site.
  • To support the constant evolution of the Europe & Latin America Hub in the future looking at areas for improvement and alignment with the local HR Operations Teams
