The HR System Administrator is part of the Global HR Operations (GHRO) team. The GHRO team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise through system execution and management. This role will be supporting our ILM (Industrial, Light, Magic) team.
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by administering accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various segment HR policies, practices and handling of enterprise HR inquiries in an efficient and effective manner. The scope of work includes handling system process requests from clients and/or requests from GHRO internal team members and administering quality audits and reporting, to ensure accuracy of daily work and minimize risk.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Be responsible for delivering system changes to support employee work life cycle events
  • Daily system maintenance, supporting existing or new applications timely, ensure data accuracy
  • Utilize knowledge management tools to provide accurate information in local market
  • Conduct routine system transactions specific to role following the standard operating guidelines
  • Identify and escalate systemic issues by recognizing increase in certain call or request type
  • Primary point-of-contact for other HR partners/vendors to improve process efficiency and cast experience.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HOLD:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability and desire to learn new, complex systems
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to drive processes and to deliver high quality services in a fast paced, highly dynamic/changing environment
  • Show sound judgment to make decisions and display appropriate sense of urgency
  • Be able to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization
