Join our dynamic team and take on a role that offers variety and growth opportunities. As a crucial support to the HR Manager, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of HR administration duties, including coordinating new starter processes (onboarding/letters of offer), maintaining our HRIS/database, generating reports, assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
This is an exciting time to join us as we centralise our payroll and implement a new HRIS for the group. If you thrive on challenges, enjoy being busy, and have strong HR systems and organisational skills, this role is perfect for you.

ABOUT YOU

  • We are seeking a candidate with experience working in an exciting and growing business, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Skilled in creating, implementing, and advising on HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, and National Employment Standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships based on trust.
