Join our dynamic team and take on a role that offers variety and growth opportunities. As a crucial support to the HR Manager, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of HR administration duties, including coordinating new starter processes (onboarding/letters of offer), maintaining our HRIS/database, generating reports, assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
This is an exciting time to join us as we centralise our payroll and implement a new HRIS for the group. If you thrive on challenges, enjoy being busy, and have strong HR systems and organisational skills, this role is perfect for you.
ABOUT YOU
- We are seeking a candidate with experience working in an exciting and growing business, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Skilled in creating, implementing, and advising on HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, and National Employment Standards is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships based on trust.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR team.
- Working with a team, help us implement a maintain the HRIS and other HR-related systems/platforms throughout the employee life cycle.
- Assist with HR projects, that will provide development and growth.
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
