Responsibilities:

This is an exciting time to join the HR and Systems Team because we are bidding for investment funds to replace our current HR System. If successful, as part of your development, you will have the opportunity to get involved in areas of the design and roll out of the new system.
On a day-to-day basis you will report to the HR Systems and Data Manager, you’ll help maintain the HR system and develop employee self-service. You’ll assist with providing high quality management information, which will require you to be adept at interrogating databases and manipulating data in Excel.
A graduate ideally in a business information systems related area or with relevant experience, you’ll be passionate about high standards, developing good relationships with our customers and delivering a professional service. With previous relevant experience of administrative/business processes, you will look for ways to improve our systems. You may have developed support materials and will be comfortable delivering webinars and training.
The HR Systems Team work well together, have a good team approach, and always work to finding answers to problems. If you have previous relevant experience, ideally gained in an education environment, IT skills, a customer focused approach then we’d love to hear from you.
Two full time (37 hours) vacancies available. Interviews are likely to take place on 10th May.
