ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in HRIS/data management preferred.
Experience working in healthcare preferred.
Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities:

The HR Systems Associate performs a variety of day-to-day functions as part of the HR Technology team, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. Works independently under general direction, escalating when necessary.
