What does a HR Systems Implementer do at Hillingdon?
Our Talent and Recruitment team at Hillingdon are going through a transformation and we are looking for an exceptional system professional on a fixed term contract to manage the transition process for the local authority. Your main brief will be to ensure the ATS software is implemented, configured, and optimized to ensure the benefits of our new system are used as effectively as possible to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
You will ideally have relevant experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and be looking to play a crucial role in optimising our recruitment process, and ensuring a first-class experience for candidates, the recruitment/HR team, and internal stakeholders.

YOU WILL BE ASSISTING WITH :

  • System Management: Oversee the daily operation of the ATS, ensuring its availability and reliability.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to implement and configure ATS software. Customize the system to meet the organization’s specific needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to users and resolve issues related to the ATS. Develop and deliver training materials to help users effectively utilize the ATS. Train HR staff and Stakeholders on using the ATS effectively. Provide ongoing support for ATS-related queries and issues. Troubleshoot technical problems and optimize system performance.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including system updates and backups.
  • Security: Ensure the security of the ATS, including data privacy and compliance with regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and generate reports on usage and efficiency.
  • Vendor Liaison: Function as the point of contact for the ATS vendor for support, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve ATS processes and functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance ATS functionality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ATS system.
    About you
    Ideally we are looking for a pro-active individual who can add value immediately and ideally has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an ATS administrator or similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of ATS platforms and HR software (Eploy preferred)
  • Proficiency in database management.
  • Familiarity with system security measures and data protection laws.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to provide training and support to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail.
