Description:
As part of the role the post holders will also be expected to cover below. Due to the fluidity of work, the below references supporting all Workforce Systems. To be responsible for the day to day operational administration and provide first line end-user support of workforce systems. To manage the day to day maintenance and functionality of the workforce systems and escalate any service issues accordingly to the appropriate bodies.
To support the Team Manager in system testing and software upgrades and update training guides and documentation as a result. To support the team in the delivery and implementation programme including ad-hoc training and workshops. To ensure the quality and content of the data held within the workforce systems, and to provide accurate documentation, reporting and audits of the System. To interpret system information and provide/present reports to our management team and the Board
