Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join Valsoft Corporation as our People Operations Coordinator, a pivotal role in managing systems, providing support to HR Leads and enhancing our organizational structure. This role will report to the People Operations Lead. You will be responsible for managing HRIS and systems that integrate with it, providing support for HR integrations for newly acquired businesses and conducting reports and data analysis within existing systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and roll out best practices in organizational structure, system management, exposure to global businesses and ability to identify areas to improve employee experience and processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Support HR Integration lead and project manager in integrating newly acquired businesses.
- Participate in HRIS systems implementation activities including configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions.
- Assist the global HR and People Ops team in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and streamline processes.
- Apply strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze trends and metrics (e.g., hiring statistics, employee surveys, attrition information) to develop data-infused solutions.
- Monitor and respond to end-user requests regarding system complications or malfunctions through our ticketing system.
- Maintain accuracy of employee information on BambooHR.
- Maintain document management structure and ensure ongoing organization of information and documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive reports and data analysis using data from HRIS, ATS and other systems.
- Facilitate live learning sessions centered around training of new and existing systems.
