Description:

HR BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Strategic HR Support: Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Organizational Development: Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement through training, coaching, and development programs.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Business partner experience with proven capabilities to develop and lead strategic HR plans and solutions.
  • Experienced in successful implementation of strategic HR & Talent Acquisition plans and solutions, dealt with organization strategies and complex business challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to influence with courageous authenticity and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated customer-centricity through day-to-day interactions, anticipating needs and showing cultural awareness and business understanding
  • Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing projects from start to finish, including communication, planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • The ability to think strategically and align HR & Talent acquisition initiatives with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives is crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to convey complex HR concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience working with leadership teams and in a matrix organization
  • Understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices is essential
