    CoreStaff are seeking talented HR Administrators for our client located in Henderson. Our client is a global leader in designing and building ships of the highest quality.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Coordination of inductions for new employees and contractors, consultants and visitors.
  • Employee onboarding utilizing Pulse HRIS as required – book medical assessments, manage onboarding process through Pulse, production of Interflex cards, creation and ongoing management of new employee files. Ensures mandatory requirements are met in terms of collecting identification and national criminal history checks.
  • Assist HR team in answering or redirecting HR related employee queries, and responding to basic queries sent to the Human Resources Inbox
  • Provision of administrative support to the Human Resources team ie seating plans, role description formatting, goal plan management (receipt, record, report), probation letters etc
  • Manage data collection for annual audit
  • Provide administrative support for employee relocation activities
  • Team travel coordination

REQUIREMENTS

  • Working towards HR Qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma or Degree) or significant administrative role experience of a similar nature.
  • Previous experience in HR Administration
  • Previous experience frequently using a HR information System.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Office 365 suite of products
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and ensure compliance
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
