Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Tech Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful adoption of technology-related global HR solutions across regions and markets. As a crucial link between product teams, tech teams, brands, functions, and markets, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the realization of full business value from our HR tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for the efficient, successful, and timely rollout of tech capabilities to ensure full value realization among HR communities, managers, and colleagues.
  • Drive change management and project management activities to deliver new tech solutions or enhance existing ones.
  • Collaborate with business Program Leads to ensure seamless delivery of both tech and content/process aspects.
  • Balance scope, synchronize goals, and align delivery plans with markets, brands, and functions to coordinate rollout in line with operational constraints.
  • Translate global strategies into a local context to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate planning, delivery, testing, integrations, and communication efforts to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Ensure operational and organizational readiness before go-live to minimize disruptions and maximize effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency in agile methodologies. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated change management expertise to facilitate successful technology adoption.
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with HR tech solutions, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Functional and operational proficiency within HR and IT domains.
  • Exceptional prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills within an international and diverse context.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
