Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

UGL are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Technical Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is vital in supporting various HR functions and providing administrative assistance to our site team on a major brownfields LNG Project in Karratha. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for HR and administration, we would love to hear from you.
You will be a local Perth resident, and work a 5/2 roster out of the Perth CBD office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Weekly & Monthly Reports: Support the preparation and distribution of reports for internal JV partners and clients.
  2. Site Access Requests: Manage and process site access requests efficiently.
  3. Travel Coordination: Handle bookings for travel, accommodation, and car hire to ensure smooth logistical arrangements.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site support team.
  5. Onboarding & Terminations: Facilitate ICT onboarding for new starters and manage termination processes.
  6. Position Approvals: Assist with internal client position approval processes.
  7. Diary Management: Oversee diary management for the Project Manager.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records by saving documents in personal files.
  9. Resignation Processing: Handle resignation paperwork and update the employee master spreadsheet.
  10. HR Administration: Support the Senior ER/IR Advisor with general HR administration tasks.
