Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and enhancement of advanced HR dashboards and analytics tools
- Simplify, optimize, and automate HR processes to enhance data quality and improve the efficiency of HR master data management
- Work closely with global HR teams to identify and address challenges, offer expert guidance on best practices & implement feedback-driven improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability and strategic use of HR insights
- Serve as primary contact for HR data & analytics support, including ticket and incident management
- Analyze data trends to extract meaningful insights and narratives
- Continuously improve data and analytics landscape and utilize predictive analytics for actionable insights
- Create and run analytics training sessions, utilizing webinars and other platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization
