EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of HRIS or related experience
Responsibilities:
- Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, cleaning, and validation of staff and organizational data.
- Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry.
- Provide input to requirements, process flows, and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries, and dashboards to support all areas of HR. Compile, transform, and visualize data to Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs.
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve system issues and inquiries via various hotlines and mailboxes.
- Assist end users with system functionality and features.
- Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training for end-users, managers, and ins.
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes.
- Drive the organization to a self-service model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards.
- Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation and future releases.
- Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation.
