Description:

This position is newly created as part of our digital transformation. You will be driving the internal stakeholders from all parts of the business to institutionalize data reporting and frameworks effective for leaders to obtain people insights for validation, decision making and strategy planning.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, or Computer Science, Mathematics, Research, Organisation or Behavioural Science
  • 5 years or more of work experience with complex and regional human capital datasets with an emphasis employee related research
  • Ability to handle large, complex datasets, identify and rectify errors, inaccuracy, interpret and explain in simplified visualisation, findings and results to various audience
  • Having hands-on experience in developing automation processes for data collection and consolidation
  • Experimental, strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, including able to address issues arise at hands in collaboration with others
  • Proactive in leading change and anticipate challenges, problems and opportunities and having the entrepreneurship and risk taking spirit to experiment different initiative to a solutions

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Extensive knowledge and skills in visualisation tool preferably in QlikView and Qlik Sense
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in Excel
  • Skills in designing and developing business dashboards and data visualizations in BI platforms
  • Experience with SQL or other languages/statistical packages including preferably in R and Python
  • Proven knowledge in academic research methodologies, and application of advanced and multivariate statistical methodologies including regression, clustering, probability, etc.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Active listening and communicate well with people of all levels
  • Attention to details, solution-oriented with focuses on constant improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a holistic HR data warehouse for people analytics across all business units including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, UK, Hong Kong, and Macau
  • Perform data mining, cleaning, assess data requirements, building data collection and consolidation processes for all countries HRs and business stakeholders including supporting with automations and analytics projects
  • Lead, guide, work with the respective HR in the aforesaid countries to connect all data sources as part of the role to build HR data warehouse
  • HR lead of HRIS overhaul projects including multiple stakeholder management from different business units and divisions
  • Deploy interim and new HRIS including conducting user training to existing and new staff members
  • Diagnose business requirements across all countries and functional departments,
  • Design, develop, and deploy interim and new HR data products including suite of dashboards, insights, reports, complex requests, and analytic tools. Deployment of HR products are to be done digitally and via physical interactions, training, and business partnering
  • Present data insights to leaders in the visualization most palatable and palpable for users to understand, helping them to interpret data and their nuances
  • Suggest recommendations of solutions based on the data insight and business needs,
  • Identity business case and challenges
  • Conduct organisation and human behaviour research to identify opportunities, present insights and suggest HR strategy to solve business problems and creating impacts,
  • Provide insights of future skills and future of works for leaders to stay relevant in their current strategy for the future
  • Lead automation projects in HR to improve HR efficiency enhance employee experience,
  • Improve the efforts on changing needs of holistic data ecosystems and analytic tools
