About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Human Capital leadership team to define the strategy and goals, potential market and future of the HR Tech practice
  • Stimulate market demand to secure wins for projects focusing on HR Tech
  • Assemble the right team from across Deloitte’s Consulting capabilities to develop and deliver tailored solutions for our clients
  • Act as key advisor on all aspects of the practice, including vendor selections, current/future state assessments, requirements gathers across the various disciplines including HCM, Payroll, WFM and Benefit solutions
  • Establish processes that encourage shared learning within the team.
  • Support our teams continuous development of capabilities through opportunities and training that foster professional growth and develop expertise
  • Engage all employees, ensuring they have a positive, inclusive and enriching experience within the team
  • Confirm the quality of delivery for the client in all areas with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and appropriate messaging
  • Generating analysis and insight: Executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development, client solutions and advice and support long-term goals
  • Tools, skills and frameworks: Developing an understanding of effective tools, skills and frameworks that can be brought to bear on new client problems, and shared as best practice within the team
  • Team leadership: Leading, managing and supporting team members in order to ensure successful project delivery and employee engagement
  • Relationship management: Working closely with clients to develop strong professional relationships
  • Collaboration: Collaborating across the Deloitte practice, both in Ireland and Globally, to build relationships and bring a global capability to the client in a seamless client experience
  • Continuous Learning: proactively developing your own skills, seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight with colleagues
  • Building the Business: Supporting the management of the practice and successful business development.

About you

  • Significant experience in a senior leadership and client relationship role within a consulting and/or professional services organisation
  • Prior experience in consulting/transformation is essential
  • Strong programme management and HR Technology capabilities with experience developing a team with this capability is essential
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client service excellence, inclusivity and employee experience
  • At least 10 years’ experience with various HR technology solutions such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Infor, etc.
