MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

5 years of experience in administrative function of a large sized company with some exposure to HR, and basic level supervisory skills essential to perform the job effectively.

Human Capital principles, Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability, Mentoring/Coaching, Employee Relations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Educated up to degree or diploma level, whilst additional qualification via a diploma/ certificate course Office Administration or HR would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Responsible for driving the on-boarding processes, HR communication, HR Administration and supporting the HRBP in related projects and initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees at Doha Festival City
  • Coordinate valuable orientation programs and assess office/system requirements
  • Manage buddy community and monitor onboarding progress
  • Conduct AFGRE Induction and provide iGROW training
  • Liaise with recruitment teams for technical assessments and interviews
  • Handle new employee requirements and publish HR communications
  • Act as a touchpoint for Emirati employees and support Emiratization programs
  • Propose and organize employee engagement activities
  • Enhance internal communications through graphic design skills
